New and improved formula is DBP-free and resists.The first thing you’ll notice about the new Hard Candy Just Nails line is the bottle design. They didn’t leave out their signature oversized rings around the neck but the shape and cap are different. Of course the first thing I noticed… green! Like I had to tell you that. Of course it’s not Sell Out green, a shade I still regret not owning, but it looks mossy and fun. The glitters and that bright blue also caught my eye.
